1. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to the cleaning schedule.
2. Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Minimum stays during peak season and holidays may vary.
3. How do I get from the airport to the villa?
Most guests fly into St. Thomas (STT) and take a water taxi across to Tortola, followed by a short taxi ride to the villa. You can also fly in directly on island (EIS) We coordinate all transfers for you as part of our concierge service.
4. Are tips included for concierge services, drivers, or charters?
Tips are not included in the cost of car service, water taxis, or boat charters. We recommend budgeting 15-20% and paying in cash on the day.
5. Can I book both villas together?
Yes. The Odyssea Estate is the combined booking of Odyssea House and Odyssea Oasis, sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. This is ideal for larger groups, extended families, or celebrations.
